What we collect
- Enquiry form: your full name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, your message and your consent.
- AI Opportunity Finder: the industry, goals and workflow description you enter. We also keep an anonymous, scrambled (hashed) version of your connection address for up to one hour to limit how often the tool can be used.
- Basic analytics: general, non-identifying information such as pages visited, device type and approximate country, used to understand how the site is used.
- WhatsApp and email: if you contact us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss and provide our services, keep the website working and secure, and improve it. Our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
The AI Opportunity Finder
Text you enter into the AI Finder is sent to an AI service to generate suggestions. Please do not enter confidential, commercially sensitive or personal information about yourself or others. Suggestions are produced automatically and are not reviewed by a person before you see them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a contract, in which case we keep records as required by UAE law. Rate-limit records for the AI Finder are no longer needed after one hour.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website, host data and process AI requests, and only as needed for those purposes, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@zephyrfze.ae and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data. No online system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the website.
Applicable law
We aim to handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other applicable UAE regulations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
